The JD and Theory projects are located in the Toodoggone mining district of north-central British Columbia — a re-emerging, deposit-rich mineral belt with exceptional exploration potential. Together, the projects cover over 25,000 hectares and are strategically positioned near active exploration and development projects, including Thesis Gold’s Lawyers and Ranch, TDG Gold’s Baker-Shasta, Amarc Resources’ AuRORA, and Centerra’s Kemess projects. The land package is prospective for both high-grade epithermal gold-silver and porphyry-related copper-gold mineralization, with significant underexplored areas and strong potential for discovery.
